چکیده
Abstract Introduction In bioprinting techniques, tissue engineering from 3D models to generate the desired geometry is as important cell proliferation, it will be key survival of printed and its functional success. Methods Alginate-based hydrogels were used because they are most widely by scientific community for bioprinting. The alginate-based characterised using a rheometer obtain boundary conditions applied in computational software. A 2D axisymmetric model together with two-phase flow level set interface nozzle human tooth carried out verify results obtained. Results data showed that droplet detachment occurs at lower pressures based on higher percentage alginate. addition, samples alginate less sensitive pressure during extrusion. Conclusions

Research on the printability of hydrogels in 3D bioprinting
As the biocompatible materials, hydrogels have been widely used in three- dimensional (3D) bioprinting/organ printing to load cell for tissue engineering. It is important to precisely control hydrogels deposition during printing the mimic organ structures. However, the printability of hydrogels about printing parameters is seldom addressed. In this paper, we systemically investigated the printa...
متن کامل3D bioprinting for tissue engineering: Stem cells in hydrogels
Surgical limitations require alternative methods of repairing and replacing diseased and damaged tissue. Regenerative medicine is a growing area of research with engineered tissues already being used successfully in patients. However, the demand for such tissues greatly outweighs the supply and a fast and accurate method of production is still

Direct Cartilage Repair Using 3D Bioprinting Technology
INTRODUCTION: Articular cartilage is commonly injured and current tissue engineering strategies cannot as yet fabricate new tissue that is indistinguishable from native cartilage with respect to zonal organization, ECM composition, and mechanical properties. Almost all current strategies of cartilage repair involve a procedure of removing healthy cartilage tissue around the lesion to create art...
متن کاملFlow and Thixotropic Parameters for Rheological Characterization of Hydrogels.
The goal of this paper was to design several sodium carboxymethylcellulose hydrogels containing a BCS class II model drug and to evaluate their flow and thixotropic properties. The rheological measurements were performed at two temperatures (23 °C and 37 °C), using a rotational viscometer. The hydrogels were stirred at different time intervals (10 s, 2, 5, 10 and 20 min at 23 °C, and 10 s, 2 an...
